Chris- topher said his father's work inspired him to pursue the electrical field. Christopher's CVIT Electrical class consists of twelve student's total. He recommends taking the CVIT classes now since it is flee and said to "work smarter not harder." OBJECTIONS TO RELEASE OF FUNDS Arizona Department of Housing will consider objections to its release of funds and the Pinal County Housing and Community Development certification received by August 30, 2013 or for a period of fifteen days following its actual receipt of the request (whichever is later) only if they are on one of the following bases: (a) the certification was not executed by the Certifying Officer of the Pinal County Housing and Community Development; (b) the Pinal County Housing and Development has omitted a step or failed to make a decision or finding required by HUD regulations at 24 CFR Part 58; (c) the grant recipient or other participants in the project have committed funds or incurred costs not authorized by 24 CFR Part 58 before approval of a release of funds by Arizona Department of Housing or (d) another Federal agency acting pursuant to 40 CFR Part 1504 has submitted a written finding that the project is unsetisfactofy from the standpoint of environmental quality. Objections must be prapared and submitted in accordance with the required procedures (24 CFR Part 58) and shall be addressed to Arizona Department of Housing at 1100 W.
