Henry Munoz said, "It is the cOnsensus of the committee, that this truck has an attachment to the community as it has been around for a long time. There have been many individuals such as fathers, grandfathers, brothers, uncles and the Fire Districts Woman Auxiliary who have served as members of the Superior Fire District back then, and this is a symbol of their service to the community." He added, "Hopefully we can create something so that they will not be forgotten for their Firefighters and volunteers have begun work renovating a 1947 Pierce Fire Truck. Henry Munoz I Submitted service. All money donated will be handled through the city and additional grants obtained through them. Hopefully we can establish a memorial wall with the names of those who have contributed to the project in memory of these individuals."
